1. Data controller
VV HOLDING GROUP S.R.L. is the controller for VV Kiosk order and licensing data.
2. Data categories
We may process email, country, company/tax details for invoicing, order ID, payment status, technical device identifiers needed for licensing, app version and activation/licensing events.
3. Data we do not intend to collect
VV Kiosk is not designed to collect personal phone content such as photos, messages or documents. Full payment-card data is not stored by VV Kiosk.
4. Purposes
Data is used to perform the order/contract, issue and manage licenses, recognize the same device after reinstall, prevent fraud/unauthorized use, provide support and security, maintain accounting records and comply with law.
5. Device identity
For the “one license = one device” rule, the system may store a stable or derived/hashed device identifier for license binding and same-device recognition after reinstall.
6. Acceptance records
To evidence contract formation and disclosures, we may retain accepted document versions, date/time, language, order ID, mandatory checkbox states and, where reasonably necessary, technical information such as IP address and user-agent.
7. Payments
Payments are processed by the integrated payment provider/bank. We may receive transaction ID, amount, currency and transaction status, but do not need to store full card number, CVV or sensitive card-authentication data.
8. Legal basis and retention
Data is retained as needed for contract performance, licensing, accounting, disputes, security and legal obligations. Specific periods vary by data category and applicable law.
9. Service providers
Hosting, database, email, security and payment providers may process data only as necessary to provide the product and in accordance with applicable law.
10. International transfers
Where providers process data in another jurisdiction, required safeguards and transfer mechanisms under applicable data-protection law will be used.
11. Data-subject rights
Subject to applicable law, individuals may request information, access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or other applicable rights via support@vvkiosk.com.
12. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no Internet-connected system can be guaranteed absolutely risk-free.
13. Policy updates
This Policy may be updated. The version associated with an order acceptance is retained where relevant.
