Complaints procedure

For a complaint about an order, license, installation or refund, email support or call the number below.

Include the order email, order number if available, device model and a description of the problem. Do not send passwords, PINs or full card details.

We will acknowledge receipt, review the matter and reply by email with a solution or a request for further information. Refund requests are assessed under the refund policy and applicable mandatory rights.

This procedure does not limit statutory consumer rights or access to competent authorities.
